David has managed local procurement initiatives all over London for the past 12 years including local supply chain projects in Hammersmith and Fulham and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. His experience also includes successful contract wins for the Camden Council's iCAM2, Supply Cross River 1 & 2, Supply Nine Elms, and the CITB programme, Building for Growth. He has helped hundreds of local businesses to access and win contract opportunities with major buyers. Well known by councils, he believes passionately in working with local businesses and raising their aspirations.

Did you know that many construction buyers will automatically reject suppliers unless they have Health & Safety Accreditation. These days without it you are shut out of much of the commercial market. But it is easier and less expensive than you think to put this in place.
