Many companies are facing difficulties in recruiting employees at present, and this applies particularly to the Construction sector. On the supply side, there are, however, many agencies and programmes right here in Barnet supporting individuals into work. Some of these are private, some charitable and some government sponsored – and many of them free for employers!
The purpose of this interactive morning session is to help you find your next employee by bringing you together with an experienced local network of employment providers who you may not even be aware of.
They will be telling you how they work, how successful they have been, what types of candidates they can offer and how you can recruit them. They need you as much as you need them.
