Date: Tuesday 21st June 2023
Time: 2:00 to 4.30pm
Address: Barnet Council, 2 Bristol Avenue, London NW9 4EW
There is a big drive now, led by the Government and Public sector bodies to reduce carbon emissions and costs through retrofitting domestic and non-domestic buildings. This is creating new supply opportunities across the UK as well as on your doorstep, as Barnet Council has made a commitment to be carbon net zero by 2030 in respect of all its buildings.
At this event you will hear from front line Council Estates staff tasked with retrofitting some 70 schools in Barnet, from the lead officer for de-carbonisation in Barnet, from Barnet Homes who are tackling the retrofitting of the borough’s social housing stock and from Peabody Housing, the second largest social landlord in the UK.
You will also hear from our consultant, Rachel Widdows, about retrofit accreditation - what is it, who needs it and how do you get it.
There will be a networking session and opportunities to meet the speakers as well.
If you do not want your business to be left behind in the scramble to win retrofit contracts, register now for the event on 21st June.
