An increasing amount of construction related opportunities are going through frameworks or dynamic purchasing systems (DPS) and being advertised on various portals and tender alert services.
If you are not familiar with this world, then you will be missing out on many thousands of construction opportunities both large and small being advertised and procured each year by the many hundreds of public sector bodies in the UK.
This workshop will take you through the maze of opportunity sources identifying the best ones. We will examine the pros and cons of joining a framework or a DPS.
We will take you through the procurement routes and processes used by Barnet Council which is committed to procuring more from its local supply chain. You can then consider whether bidding for public sector work should be part of your business strategy in 2024
